Broadmeadows Estuary is located close to Swords in North Dublin. If you are travelling from Dublin, take the airport exit and head North for Swords. When you drive past Airside Retail Park, you will come to a roundabout. Go straight through it, and also straight through the next one, heading for Belfast. Take the third exit at the next roundabout (turn right) and drive about one Kilometre to the estuary. Turn right and you will come to a lay-by for parking in just a few hundred metres.

Walk back along the waterfront from the direction you came, where most of the action takes place.

Little Egret
